By the year 2020, I had worked in philanthropy for six years.

By then, I was jaded and frustrated with the profession and field. I didn’t feel encouraged to explore the questions I felt were urgent around reparations and the erosion of capitalism. So I began making friends with people with shared curiosities, such as:

Can place lineage serve as a roadmap for moving money with repair?

In 2022, I created a workshop and toolkit to help people better understand their connection to place, and the relationship between place, racial repair, and money.

In my consulting practice, I work with wealth holders and resource mobilizers to move money with repair. In my artistic practice, I explore the in/tangibles of money.
